OFFICE FACILITIES

We are conveniently located at 549 West Main Street in Abingdon, just west of the downtown area. Our office has easy access with good parking, is comfortable and affords personal privacy. From exit 17 & 19 of Interstate 81 follow Main Street west to our office. From exit 14 of I-81 follow Main Street east to our office.

PERSONNEL

Our staff consists of our office secretary, eight realtor associates in sales, an auctioneer realtor associate, associate auctioneer, auction associates and owner-broker. All our staff are experienced professionals dedicated to giving service with value and satisfaction.

MARKET PLACE

We are members of the Multiple Listing Service which gives us access to all available properties of the realtors of the area. This also gives our listings exposure to all the other realtors. We have the online computer network for quick information. In addition to putting many of our listings in our online database, all our homes are showcased in the Realtor Homes magazine published monthly. We advertise weekly in the regional Bristol area newspaper and do specialty brochures when desirable.

SALES

We offer sales assistance to both buyers and sellers. Our staff personally assist each buyer in seeking and obtaining a property to meet their needs. We offer each listed property owner individual analysis and sales enhancement procedures.

APPRAISALS

We offer apprasial service for all types of real estate. An appraisal is only an estimate of value, a professional opinion of the appraiser. Our appraisers reflect our knowledge and experience with proper research and presentation. We have certified general licenses for both Virginia and Tennessee.
